American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
We are proud to partner with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) to deliver our Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS) course in a virtual format, ensuring healthcare professionals in low resource settings have access to high quality education. ASCP offers a broad range of educational programs, including in-service training, virtual education, and mentorship, which support the professional development of laboratory staff. This collaboration is crucial in building the skills needed to enhance laboratory services and improve patient care.
Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia Quality Assurance Programs (RCPAQAP)
Through our partnership with RCPAQAP, we provide essential External Quality Assurance (EQA) materials to laboratories in low resource settings. This support helps labs maintain high standards in diagnostic testing, which is critical for improving laboratory services. RCPAQAP also generously hosts virtual training sessions for labs both within and outside our program, advancing laboratory standards and practices. As a world leader in EQA, RCPAQAP’s expertise is integral to strengthening laboratory operations.

BD is our primary funder, and their ongoing support is vital in covering administrative costs, salaries, and program expenses. Their strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations enable impactful healthcare initiatives. Through BD’s contributions, we are able to provide critical resources and continue our work in improving diagnostic services and laboratory systems in low resource settings. We are deeply grateful for BD’s commitment to our mission and their role in helping strengthen laboratory services.
CAP Foundation
We are grateful for the support of the CAP Foundation through its Global Pathology Development Grant. This grant supports our efforts to purchase equipment for our Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) program, which is essential for improving the efficiency and accuracy of diagnostic and laboratory medicine. The CAP Foundation’s focus on enhancing pathology services through education, training, and technology aligns closely with our mission to strengthen health systems. Their support is critical to advancing the quality of diagnostic services and laboratory operations where they are needed most.
Comp Pro Med
For more than 40 years, Comp Pro Med has specialized in creating advanced laboratory information systems (LIS) that cater to a wide range of laboratory and healthcare needs. Their Polytech LIS streamlines patient record management, integrates with various instruments and applications, and automates data processes, providing a reliable and efficient alternative to paper based systems. Transitioning from paper to an LIS is critical for laboratories as it reduces errors, improves data accuracy, enhances workflow efficiency, and enables better compliance with healthcare standards.
